By downloading, installing, or using Wasl ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Wasl is an AI-powered tool that helps users generate personalized opening messages for use on Muslim dating and marriage platforms. The App analyzes profile screenshots using on-device OCR and generates suggested messages using artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using Wasl, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. AI-Generated Content

• All opening messages are generated by AI and are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and choosing to send any message.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated messages will be appropriate, effective, or well-received in all situations.
• You agree to review all generated content before sending and take full responsibility for any messages you choose to send.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate harassing, threatening, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its AI systems
• Use the App in violation of any dating platform's terms of service
• Share or redistribute generated content commercially
• Use the App to impersonate another person

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Wasl offers free usage (limited) and paid subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, AI models, and branding are owned by Wasl. You retain ownership of any messages you compose based on AI suggestions. The AI-generated suggestions themselves are provided as a service and do not confer intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose. Use of AI-generated messages is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from messages you choose to send.

9. Third-Party Services

Wasl is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any dating platform. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
